I registered here in 2022 as ThrasherX17. And in 2024 I changed my nickname to KetamiNO [YouTube] almost in all active projects. But other account information, CPID etc are the same since 2010. I don't know how to change username here in forum settings but I will if you show me how to do it. Thanks
Yes the email thing here doesn't work half the time. We don't know why.
He needs to use his email when logging in using the boincgames login button at the top of the page.
If he logs in using forum links or forum redirects then he needs to use the new name I changed it to.
The username or email field will say username for when username is needed and email when email is needed. Password will be the same as it was on the previous name.

Login via normal login form, using his email, still does not work
The logins are the same account. Logging in the forums should log you into the BG control panel and vise versa. Since his name changed it's probably the cookies causing one or the other to not link when logging in.
Try removing all the cookies and cached files for BG and login again.
